Rui: Your average mutt of a tom cat.... he shows a little bit of every breed in him. His main one bring your average tabby.

Unbeknownst to others they are all on this side because it was saying he obeyed the band of rouges and loners his parents where in-so they could start torturing him less. When he left- he kept them as a symbol of his strength and heritage.
Personaility:
He's very charismatic and easy to like. He loves to make others laugh and effortless helps others cheer up with his goofy antics and ability to laugh at himself in any situation. he is also very optimistic and finds and annoying light and comedic opportunity at every tragedy. his down fall? Simply that most cats find this very annoying. he's also very flirty, getting him in to trouble sometimes.
*** How ever, he is VERY loyal to his tribe and the Alliance- so since his recent promotion to Deputy he's been trying to be someone respectable like Francis whom he admired. This doesn't mean he's changed... he just keeps his flityness to Lou and tries not to be so annoying to others.

Backstory:
His parents where actually two respected fire tribe cats, so they where surprised when he came out developing water tribe genes. Of course, they let him go like all parents where but they where quite disappointing, even regretful since the birth made his mother infertile to produce offspring.... which meant that they could have no offspring within their own tribe.
***Later he received note that his mother and father had left Fire Tribe and that one of them was dieing- so he went to their aid and not 100% to his own will. There he found that they had rejected everything tribe like-including their powers and when he first used them he was attacked (gaining his scars.) After that he wanted his father slowly die- his mom die inside- and the band of loners and rouges they where with never treated him kindly. he made it through how ever- becoming stronger inside and out- having built his frame up in to that of a very muscular tom. He finally defeated one of the strongest toms- having had trained so much- and fled.
When he came back he found his first crush, Miria, had been sent out. (He knows why now but at first he didn't.) As well as the clan had changed in preparation for upcoming events. Before he found out the whole back story and what he had missed he fell for Maisie Lou who despite her sweet southern belle like name has a flirty fun loving and easy going nature that could match his. He admired her instantly (though he wouldn't say he loved her... He doesn't really find the word believable or appealing.) and by the time he found out the true meaning of the war- and just how much of different sides they where on- he couldn't let go of her. He may not be able to see her, but if he can he will and if he can't he will always care.

EDIT::// Maisie Lou died giving birth and, since then, he's really worked to change himself with positive results.

I met up with this cat once and it lead to a snow ball fight, the next time he showed up just as thing where heating up between myself with Astrarius vrs. a green earth tribe cat. I consider him an ally I am happy to have on the Alliance.

Ziro

A rebellion cat, but one I take pity on for getting himself stuck between a bunch of not to happy Alliance members. I'm sure that his fear will show the rebellion cats that they should fear our numbers.

Astrarius

Though I don't this cat personally, I have met him when Rebellion cat came around, and I'm glad to see our views on them match... though he's a little more tough than I am.

Mikhail

A cat who showed my great respect, and in return I respect and admire him. I hope to get to know him more, in a closer more friendly way, then I do now.

Eva

Would be nice enough, if she wasn't fire tribe. Such a waste, can't see why she doesn't just join the Alliance.

Kristla:

Kristla is a happy spirited yound she cat that I think should already be an apprentice. We need cats like ehr training to take their places within teh tribe. I am very glad I got to know her finally. I must say I admire her. I am glad she is part of water tribe. (and she's so sweet its cute!)

Fern:

Fern is a sweet she cat, and I enjoy her company. She reminds me of Lou in how she will go out of her way to help others despite the war around us. I admire her for that. I like to think that I have helped her as much as she has helped me. If she ever had a hard time, I would be there for sure as someone to talk to and a shoulder to cry on. However, with the war around her being around her can make things tense and I must admit I'm torn. Since she confessed her affections, which I replied to saying we could be nothing more than friends with this war all around us. I hope that I can still make her feel better though, in whatever way that I can with acknowledging the war around us. I am water tribes deputy first, and I must remember that in my actions.

Nelu:

My tribe mate and friend Nelu gains my respect and trust. I don't care what side of the war he's on- he will always have my friendship. I just hope this looming war passes over us soon without to much loss so he can come back to water tribe. Even more so since he taught me that new way to have fun~

Sullivan:

Met him briefly but. . . I think we got off on the wrong paw or a lack of paws seeing as how I met him him hanging from a tree...

Sterling:

I was a guard with her for a short time, but I was so preoccupied that I didn't really have time for anything else. . but now that I'm a deputy (and now that I know we can be just friends, JUST FRIENDS!) I want to get to know her better.

Miria:

Sheesh... this she cat meant so much to me. Well in other words she was more interesting than any other she cats. She kept me on her toes... but now all I know is that she left... She left...

Mi:

She was the first she cat that recognized me-and thank goodness she did. If it weren't for her I wouldn't have known Miria had left. It's nice to know someone... Especially a pretty she cat- and she likes me except for my flirtiness which is pretty much all of me.

Cadence:

Met her-adorable. That sums her up. Pretty adorable and I can't wait to get to know her better.

Neiru:

Neiru... I don't even know what to say about you anymore... I'm sorry I wasn't good to you, but happy you are a kind enough cat to let me heal things through apologies that can't make up for the pain I put you through... Thank you so much for being there for me. I mean it. No matter what I will always respect you, because you deserve at least that and I'll always remember you as my first true unreturned love... well returned to late. Mouse brained me ey?

What a cute little she cat! Adorable to say the least. Pretty as well. I worry about her being cold... but I'm happy to the warm welcome so warming her up in return is the LEAST I can do ~ <3

Maise Lou:

Like you once said you where the herp to my derp. You sun to my light. I spent are last days together worring about how I was going to be a father, maybe even wishing I had more time till I had to be one.. I realise now that I should have been wishing that I had more time with you. Even though your with the spirits now Lou, I still love you. I'll always love you.

Lily:

She's beautiful, calm, fun... The ideal cat... and yet, where JUST FRIENDS! I look at her and I feel, companionship. That's IT! Who knew that existed between members of the opposite genders? I sure didn't. Great scott its nothing short of a miracle and she is definitely my best friend in the whole wide world. I'd do anything to prove that to her. (And did I also mention I can tell her all mushy things about Lou without her thinking I'm weird! Perfect! Right? Right?)
