Description Fourteenth Commission for

Yay!! I was worried for a while it might not come out goooodd enough! XD I was unsatisfied with the sketch eek! But it turns out the way I like it!! I think I spent the most effort on the rose in her hair and the sea! >O< lol! And Belle's outfit, I forgot which one I was referencing when I drew this a few months ago TmT Xo I edit it a little and incorporated Belle's other dresses! :3

In this picturree they are just dancing in the beach and that they got into the waters but since Belle is a DF user, she can't go into the deeper parts of the water so Sanji picked her up! *w*

I don't know how it got turneed into purple! The sea and everything! >O< I remembered I did dark blue!
Hehe I used a brush for sea as the base and added my own dodging and burning to make it look like this hehe! XD
