After the events on the Starfall islands, Dr eggman realized how important his creations are to him. when he first created sage, he only saw her as a tool, he only cared if she served her function. after sage kept eggman safe inside cyber space, he had a change of heart. he started to see sage as a daughter and not just a tool. Sage is the first creation that eggman gave emotions too. Eggman learned to warm up to his daughter's feelings, after saving the world from the end, Eggman and sage return home. a few months go by, eggman creates Solar ( Sage's little sister). Solar was created to keep sage company. Sage wanted a little sister, that was she can have someone to relate with. so eggman did just that for his daughter.
