We all made our own costumes, so I can't help you much on the construction of Donald and Goofy-- also, I paid our Goofy to make my keyblade! XD But the bade of it is all wood if that helps you any. Good luck!

Not really, no! They were surprisingly easy to get around in- we could all manage a slow run for our skit. X3 But STAIRS. Stairs. Those were the bane of our existence.
