Tohma is a very very energetic upbeat scatterbrain who will never stop talking. He prattles on and on and on about nothing or whatever's on the top of his head and doesn't care if people really follow what he's saying (though he presumes they're probably paying attention).

He likes to meet new people and befriend everyone and you can generally count on him if you ask for something. He'll get it done in the end though... the path he takes is not always a direct one and may take longer and meander more than one would presume it would. Nonetheless he's a team player.

Tohma is also a very impulsive kid. He does things without thinking and doesn't really think about the consequences which ends up with disastrous results. He may sometimes hurt people without thinking it. He also has a sense of pride and if you hurt it, you might not recover from it.

In the past, Tohma also used to have a bit of an anger problem and couldn't really control his emotions. But he's gotten better at it and his temper doesn't really flare as often though it might still peek out.

Tohma is also very enthusiastic about... things. When he gets into something, he puts his whole heart into it, sometimes to a point that's unreasonable and not healthy and actually quite frightening. This goes for archery, hobbies, his favourite shows or games, or even love. When he gets a crush, oh nelly, he turns into a stalker. And when the person he's pursuing repels his advances, that's ok! Because love will conquer all~*~*~

+Background:
When Tohma was young, he had a weak constitution and he contracted a bit of a serious illness. In order to help with this, his parents sent him off to the countryside to live with his grandparents. This separated him from his twin and little sister.

Living in the countryside actually managed to help not only Tohma's constitution but also with his temper problem. One might say it... tempered his temper. huhuhu. Anyways yeah.

Years later, upon the divorce of his parents, Yuyubean came to live with Tohma and the g-parents and la la la happy country days. It's in the country that Tohma developed a love for the stars (since he could see them so clearly in the countryside) and he and yuyu enrolled at hoshizora etc. etc.

Toto wasn't actually all that interested in archery to begin with. He needed a club to join and joined archery since it had an outdoor range and he didn't have to stay inside all day. The kid loves his nature. Anyways, when he actually picked it up, he found he liked it and could be good at it when he actually focused. He was chosen as the captain in third year, much to everyone's surprise, in hopes that he would focus more and observe decorum more.

Clearly the people who chose him as captain were misinformed.
