Description
This is the finished base version of my latest submission, the WIP. Here's the WIP: [link]I'm going to be filling it in as a theme picture for the latest art auction I got accepted into. Watch for it. -.^

This is really good! I like the shading and the anatomy seems to be pretty accurate. The water is the best part, I think. The only thing that bothers me is the forehead. It looks sort of silly because it juts out so far. If you "flatten" it, I think this would be your best base I've seen you do.
