I too know the pain of using both photoshop and paint shop pro... I sometimes use them both because each has easier methods of doing things.

That's really nice. I like the patterns and lines in the sky, as well as the delayed-capture traffic lights below.
I'd suggest crediting the stock photo you used in your description, though. Unless you took this photo yourself, that is.

The purple/blue, yellow/orange and black is really working with the busy contrast, textures, and subject matter.

Love the cityscape and the colors are wonderful...I have one question though...is the pixel distortion from one of the layers or is it from the burn?
The pixel distortion at the full view threw me off, but other than that...I love it!

the distortion is actually on the tin foil pics that i used in the background of the whole picture... their was just a little bit on the city picture but yeah both of them mixed made it way more noticable.... i didnt even see how bad it was till i uploaded lol but i cant do nuthin about it now lol... but gracias for the comment

hahaha i just relized i told you completley wrong on how i did that lol... the pic wasnt burned into a grey bg it was like a bunch of picures of aluminum foil haha dont ask... but i burned those into a grey bg and then i took the opacity down of the city picture over the aluminum foil... haha then i added a color layer over top cant member what tho ... then added the funky brushes
