I just finished my studies in 3D Animation for the time being, and I am hopeful to start working in the industry soon
Here is a still from my final project - a 10-sec TV station interstitial for ABC2 here in Australia
To be on air soon!Scene completely modelled, animated and rendered in Maya

I"m not sure what i find so appealing about this room, but I'm lovin it! I'm actually just learning maya and modeling a room myself. Is there any texture to this? I actually thought it was a digital painting at first because of a 2d quality and I was curious how you did that.

It took around 3 months so wasnt too bad

Going from illustration to modelling, is the transistion natural?

I suppose so... As long as you are good at drawing you are already picturing something in 3D in your mind anyway
