Description Despite basking in the sun rays signifying hope, a swordman anthro-dragon's heart is still filled with emptiness and loneliness.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Finally another coloured practice piece of mine and yet another artwork which portrayed my feelings recently. Life is filled with works and nothing else ) .

It has been 5 months since I last coloured something, a bit of rushing to finish colouring this artwork due to lots of pending works awaiting me aside. Working life is really kind of a lifeless life with real limited time for own's activity (at least for me)..

Nice artwork.

Emanuel says he may want to listen to this. It's one of his favorites.

but i must say that the art work is pretty amazing.
I really like the aweosme posture that you drew your dragon warrior into.
Another nice touche that you have achieve as well in your artwork is the color
work...you did a pretty well job there as well

this is a very awesome piece and keep it up

Emptiness and loneliness are one of those saddest feelings we will always experience at some points in my opinion ><

Thank you so much for liking so many aspects of this artwork of mine~!
I have quite a bit of difficulties with the colours due to see-ing different level of saturation and vibrance of the colours on my laptop, tablet and phones >< , but I have tried to adjusted the pictures to the best of all I can so that it looks ok in all different devices, so thanks again for telling me that I did a quite well job on it after all the effort ^^ and I will do my best to keep on improving my artworks!

my art on t a tablet or a computer. I have a better visions when
Β it come to the color work with my good old ,prismacolor pencil.

but again. yes you did quite a really nice work there

Drawing digitally brings too much convenience to me, especially ctrl+Z which I used thousands of time for every artwork XD . Drawing traditionally has the big downside of once a mistake is made, it can be hard to correct it >< .
I am quite envious of artists who are good with traditional ways of drawing, whenever I draw traditionally it always ended in lots of messy sketches only @@ .

Your artworks' colouring are awesome too, you have make good use of the different colours to bring out the life of your artworks . Hope to see more of your artworks in the future ^^

Thanks a lot and so happy that you feel the feelings!
I too love dragons a lot, dragon is such an awesome creature and have lots of aspects to be loved.

I can see why this picture reminded you of your favourite book when I saw pictures of it, and the book seems interesting, I should fork out some time to have a read on the book some days

Hooo, this pic is very well done. The hilt of the large sword looks a bit too short, would be very challenging to wield. But otherwise I can see the emotions from the dragon's face what ya feel. Do not worry, you are not the only lonely one here. Even I ha e piled works to be done and the studies happens to take my time. >_>
I like the perspective of this picture. :3

Thank you so much for the compliment and for liking this picture~! and I do agree with what you said about the hilt of the sword, I have increased the length of the hilt once but still not enough it seems.. added more skills required to wield it @@.

I am glad that I managed to express my emotions in the character of my artwork which is my main focus of this drawing!
Works and studies took up much of our time in life, yet we can never run away from them >< . Hope we can at least get to enjoy them as the time goes on.
I really have a hard time trying to draw this perspective, not much reference available but it turns out quite ok I think XD, with still quite a lot improvement to be done.

You're more than welcome, friend. Art requires skill which you have and yes even my time is limited when school takes most of it away. And another is the motivation and technical problems
Bringing your own emotions into a pic is very difficult. But you sir have succeeded on it. Keep up the good work ^.=.^

Thanks again for your really kind words . Motivation really have a big role in arts and it can really prove to be lacking when time is limited and there are lots of other things to be deal with. Not to mention technical problem which can cause us to be unable to draw freely when we finally have the time to do so >< . But be persistent in drawing then with time, even if little by little, improvement can surely be seen
Β
I will surely try my best to continue improving myself in arts and do believe in yourself, that you can do it too when others can, all the best ^w^
