this angle/perspective is a dang challenge coz its my first time to do it--sorry for teh major mistakes esp in my BG (im still newbie when it comes to backgrounds and my younger bro keep on distracting and telling me 'it's wrong!' every time i make a move T__T)its hard to draw straight lines manually =__=" need ruler* and i blame pen pressure for teh irregular-thick-thin-lines XD

Okay, now that is over... lol
Aside from few problems I see with perspective, one thing I could suggest you is your line width? From what I know, thinner lines will help with showing depth and distances. The further away the objects are, the thinner the line you should give. That alone will help you bunches. I could see that you have put a good use of line width in the picture in some parts, but I think you should have used much thinner lines on the street/sidewalk.
Cuz as of now, Gunji doesn't seem so far off from the ground/side walk (not to mention his lines are much thinner than those that's used for the enviroments.). It seems like he's supposed to be higher since how low you drew the street light underneath him. So right now, it looks like the street light is just a mini-street light. XD;;
But yes, other than that, this is beautifully done, and I just love it. so much Kudos to you for trying out this types of angle and challenging yourself. This only makes me want to see so much more works from you.
