Hmm, she has her pros and cons. Her articulation is pretty dang good, but getting her into some poses might end up with some pieces falling off, though, mainly on the legs. Head comes off a little too easily when trying to pose it, but will stay in place once you have it in a position that you want. Trying to have her stand on just her own two feet and be a little tricky, but with the treads on the back, that negates the problem. She's not bad, I give her a 7.5/10 and I'm looking forward to buying the next one.

I might just wait around to the next one then, just to see if they improve some.

But no means is she a 'bad' model kit, it's only when you try to pose her that only then you'll run into the problem of the pieces falling off. And when I mean 'pieces', I mean only a couple.
