Hello, I love you signature!
I was wondering how you made those little glow spots of blue & red. Glows like that seem to be really popular in signatures these days and I'm quite lost on how you make them >.< I use PS Elements 13, is there a way to make them in that?

its really easy!
You take a soft brush (a circle brush on 0% hardness),
and brush a color of your choice in screen mode c:

ohhh I just used a 100 px soft brush in blue/red color and set it to color dodge mode.
Then I duplicated it and set it to screen c: You should play around with opacity to get the max effect!
