Personality
Arrogant and overconfident would best describe this man. Used to success earned by his own two hands, Tino has a habit of setting lofty goals and doing just about anything to achieve them. A naturally suave and charismatic person with wits to match, Tino sees all surrounding events and people like chessboard pieces, with his dreams waiting for him should he 'win the game'. As he places himself on the highest pedestal, that also makes him rather two-faced, since his interactions and kind gestures to people are driven by some underlying motive.

As he is cunning, he is untrusting, even with close family. The only person he can truly depend on (at this point) is himself. For this reason he keeps plenty of secrets. This guy is also a control freak, and loves to think everything through to the smallest detail. Dominating over others makes him happy. He'll be rather upset if someone screws up his plans...

A natural flirt who likes to play with people's hearts for fun (as long as they aren't important enough that dumping them would cause him trouble). He hasn't the mentality to uphold a serious relationship (yet) unless it's for his goals. Tino is very prideful and so handles rejection and losing poorly. Though he won't show it, he'll bear a grudge and/or plot revenge, and he won't be satisfied until he can crush whoever it is that 'wronged him'. And no, this doesn't apply to him wronging others. only he's allowed to get mad lolol Somewhere down there is a heart... probably. However, his ambitions are most important to this jerkface.

His lunesia persona is far more subdued and is eager to please the people. Public image is important! just after world domination tbh (jk)

History
From birth, Tino had always been (so he was told) 'gifted'. Strong both physically and academically, he studied hard and made full use of his abilities, which he considered his blessing. His parents, well off, always told him his 'fate' was going to be something special, since (to them) he was already. "Dream big; don't settle for anything less!" they told him with a chuckle. And Tino truly believed that. So he dreamed big; the biggest dream he could have their lands- he wanted to rule over Solraja, because he honestly thought he deserved to! (no) He told his parents this and they just laughed. He'd grow out of silly childhood dreams soon enough.

He soon realized in his teens that his lofty goal was indeed impossible. Solraja's royal family were chosen because they were princes and princesses; the crown was their birthright. (not to mention they were obviously far more capable, but that was totally not a consideration to him) After trying as a suitor and failing miserably, he realized that he had reached a plateau in this country. There was no higher to climb. He could settle for a cozy life, but that wouldn't make him happy. He left the city and wandered out to the oasis to think of what to do next. Was there anything to do?

It was then that he found himself, suddenly, in a new world, with a new appearance. A blank slate in Lunesia.

A new land. A new life. And, pleasantly as he found, a system of government that was not determined by one's birth. Instead of fear, he saw this as an opportunity. Hope. A new path to walk.

Still, the random world switching would make things difficult...

It was then that he received the request from the Land. Well, his choice was obvious. He couldn't let the world be destroyed; how would he rule it someday then? priorities Having accepted, he received two charms which could be used to control the world jumping.

At last. All the pieces were in place. Now he could finally walk once more.

Additional Information adds more as I think of it
⇢ The oldest. Has a younger bro and little sis as well, though they aren't close. His parents aren't fond of him anymore since they think he's lost motivation and is wasting his life away. Little do they know...
⇢ spends time mostly in lunesia since he's a council(wo)man now after overthrowing the previous corrupt councilman. when asked in solraja, he says he's out in the temple (no)
⇢ it can be hard for him to maintain his 'gentle' lunesia persona, especially when upset (at someone). sometimes the hidden personality slips out and he gets 10x more douchey. oops he covers up those mishaps quickly..
⇢ no preference for gender as long as he's ~*adored*~; hangs out in sketchy places a lot to drink and have a good time /winks
⇢ high alcohol tolerance; will go home before he gets loose-lipped
⇢ three beauty marks, two by the eye and one by the mouth (position varies depending on country)
⇢ liked to brag in solraja with the ladies about his occupation in lunesia...until he found out that more people could jump to this elusive country oops
⇢ talks to himself when thinking because he likes the sound of his voice (so narcissistic I-). Pep talk in front of the mirror kind of thing. (could be bad if someone else hears)
