edit: added a dark bg due to the fact that dA green just wasn't working out with me...couple galaxy moe for JigokuShii
I'm sorry for the wait! I know that the snow globe is a slight different then the original sketch I showed you but I think it gives a nice touch,
I can also note you the file without the snow globe as well!
this looks better in sai... it's something about dA green and the transparency... ;w;

If you want to make the snow more noticeable, try adding a black bg to the snowglobe perhaps?
It'll make the snow stand out much much more!
