My favorite gunslinger, Locke. <3 He's bad-tempered, cusses like a sailor, and tends to shoot at things he doesn't like (Eden). He is an extremely capable wielder of guns, and uses a pair of pistols I based off the Luger .

Locke changes quite a bit between the end of the fourth book and the beginning of the fifth, which is why I wanted to draw him. He has some new things: brand new guns, a ponytail, a cool coat to replace his beat-up leather jacket, and a shit-ton of vengeful feelings bubbling around in his heart. I figured if I was going to draw Cross's changes between the fourth and fifth book, I had to draw Locke's.

I swear to God he had a shirt when I started. ~tentoma DEMANDED THAT HE BE SHIRTLESS and that his boxers be showin'. I did my best to make her happy.

Also, fur can go...die in a fire.

However, I did have a ton of fun drawing this. I love Locke to death and don't have as many opportunities and ideas for drawing him as I'd like. He's a lot like Cross, actually (bad tempered, angry all the time) but, ironically, his adventures in the fourth book mellowed him quite a bit by the fifth. He's let himself become a little more vulnerable because of...a certain friend (*coughcough*~butterfly-catcher knowswhati'mtalkingabout*cough*)
