You can go to office supplies stores and buy sticker paper. There are also a lot of online services to print out sticker sheets.
Selling is easy! You can set up a free paypal account and email invoices to the buyers. Then, they can pay with a credit/debit card. That money will be put into the paypal account, but you can link it to your own bank account.
Also, you can try etsy. They take paypal, but now I think you can take credit cards right on the site. However, you have to pay per listing.
Once you've sold the sticker, get the address and mail it! You may be able to send it in an average envelope.

Selling online isn't my cup of tea. I have paypal but its inactive coz I have no bank account and my family's really against using credit cards due to intersts, when I graduate though I might open a bank account. I work as a freelance artist but sell my works locally too.

i remember that scene. a truly sweet scene, showing the pure innocence, not only in Elizabeth, but also in Booker, showing that he once was a innocent soul, compared to the current events in the game where he is a cold blooded killer. Interesting scene, nice work!

Leaving your gun for a guitar. Such a moment of peace (which seems, it's true, a bit out of place between all the stupid killing of the entire population of Columbia -_-... less mindless shooting would have been wonderful and made this scene more natural).
Still, it would have been funny if you could use the guitar as a weapon, ahah.

Well, I suggest doing 1999 mode first. Put it out the way. You'll get the achivement fo Hard as well...I think. And you REALLY don't want to put off 1999 mode. It is BRUTAL.
