I had a albizia tree a few years ago ... but the possums got to it! (Grrr) lol I planted three trees to replace it, one out the front and two out the back. The ones in the back garden don't flower as much as the one in the front which is much bigger too. I suppose it would be about 3.5m high?Β

Ah okay.
So you have a nice long show of flowers, even though they are short lived!

I got half a dozen flowers on one of the trees in the back, but the front tree has been flowering for about 4 weeks.
This is kind like mine ... except my tree is not as big and has about one tenth of the flowers.

Be nice, wouldn't it! Unfortunately the flowers die in a day or two and look like the brown mass on the bottom right.
They are still one of my favourite tree flowers. They look like a mimosa.

The tree out the back only gets a flower or two at a time, but the tree out the front get hundreds of blooms! (I exaggerate! lol) Well ... maybe not hundreds, but heaps of flowers!
