They are in the King's Realm now, right? I aways wondered if that was a kind of heaven for soul reapers, so what if Kaien and Hisana are there. Will probably never happen, but.....

but hisana was never a soul reaper... she would just be reborn as a human

and didn't kubo say something about kaien in an interview? he wants the "kaien ichigo look alike" thing cleared up... Ovo

Yeah, I think we are gonna get that backstory soon. I'm guessing that when Kuukaku said "Uncle will be angry," that Isshin may be her uncle, which would make Ichigo and Kaien cousins.
