While it is a nice and immersive autumn scene, you could improve both on the composition and quality of the image. There are somewhat too many objects, and nothing really catches the eye. I think it would have a large impact if there were fewer branches on the ground - maybe you could have taken the photo from a slightly different location. Especially the long hook-shaped branch on the ground is distracting, it looks like some sort of electric cable at first sight. The fallen trunk is nice, though its unfocused branch at the bottom of the picture with its greenish colour (contrasting the rest of the palette) is a bit out-of-place.
Some more about composition: check the Rule of Thirds (provided you were unfamiliar with it). If you had taken the photo in a way that the horizon was a bit lower (instead of right in the middle of the photo), it would be more interesting.
I really love the view of the sunlit forest on the other side of the slope - it's just fantastic. However, the quality of the image is not the best - the colour of the sky is blue only around the branches, and there is some noise when I magnify the image (which might be the result of a weak battery).
I know my review might sound a bit negative, but I assume that you requested critiques to know what can be improved, instead of praising the positive aspects. I must tell that despite all these, I like the image - it is a nice scene with a distinctive athmosphere.
