Hopefully it's not a mod, costume break happens in the series these character outfits are from (Senran Kagura) so it would be good if it was tecmo & team ninja implementing something that was in keeping with the source material

Yes, It is a kimono.
Yumi(ιͺζ³), the girl from SenRanKagura which one Kokoro cosed is a Dancer of "Japanese dance"(ζ₯ζ¬θθΈ).
so this is a kimono for Japanese dance,
And may in order to make her like a female celestial, they added some Hanfu(ζ±ζοΌthe Han-style clothes) design.
Of course, it's still kimono.
btw, I couldn't see this mod from xnalara-customized, is here something happened?
