I love him! Β He looks fantastic. A little on the feminine side but I think it suits him.Β

He is cute, but he kind of looks femin to me. Maybe it's just me though.

He looks wonderful! Young, but not overly cute and child-like. I think you got a pretty good balance.

"Him"? All I see is a goth girl with her mouth apart.

"your" drawing style looks suspiciously enough like traditional manga style. Your cute "^^" and ":3" smileys is a sign of you trying to protect your defenseless point of view as you also tell me to not watch what you do, even though I'm allowed to be curious. Your lack of humor in this matter might be because of how you assume I'm trying to insult you, which I've never tried to imply. I'm simply pointing something out - and you're bothered by it because I'm not kissing your ass.

A very well described case of psychological warfare Sherlock....NOT. The problem is not that you don't "kiss someones ass" (but i'm pretty sure you'd like to), but to maintain common respect and giving helpful critique and advice so the aspiring artist has the chance to correct the "mistakes" that you might see to improve his/her skills. I don't get why freaks like you always try to be tough because they think the whole world can't accept their "unique" opinion... It's all about how you choose your words and what arguments you have up your sleeve to justify your SO FANCYYYYYY opinion.
And about that "him/her"-stuff ... it's comparatively common in japanese art to give (especially younger) males some feminine traits to make them look "cuter" or "handsome" (if that really works out is questionable, if you ask me).
So, please choose your words and arguments better next time to avoid misunderstanding and anger. Trust me, people will accept your opinion more easily, because you give them a chance to work on their skills and so they won't think you're a total jerk!
Cheerio!

I must say that your first message totally looks like an insult. Either give the artist some better critique like explaining why it looks like a girl etc. or just don't comment at all. Its no point telling him it doesn't look like a boy without even explaining why.
