If you don't want to download anything, You can try MSPaint, and use the stretch/skew tool to shrink it. Otherwise, you can try using the GIMP or most any other free image editing tool to shrink it down.
Nice work, Scarlet Spider looks cool, despite anything Parker/Reilly/[that-Clone-Saga-was-confusing] said.

Awww...I was gonna buy you some this summer when I go to Daddy's. I'm excited about going to his place...I havn't talked to him in a while. I'll go call him tonight!!
