A little while back, WeLoveFine got the license for Shovel Knight. I was asked to do a few designs for it. This is one of the ones that didn't get approved, but I'm going to post it here anyway because I had a lot of fun creating it. I've been a fan of Shovel Knight ever since I bought it on the 3DS (which was..like...a week after it was released). The trailers got me hooked...and...well...it was such a huge nostalgia trip! Mostly for the levels having a Mega Man style to them.

I really need to get it for the DS. I only have it for steam and I don't have a controller, lol... so needless to say, I haven't gotten very far in it. I do love the mega man games, though, so I know that Shovel Knight is definitely my kind of game.

It's 15 bucks on the eShop, but it is definitely worth the money! Hell, I'm so addicted, I have the soundtrack on my iPod. XD

Maybe I'll ask "santa" for some Nintendo eShop points for Christmas and then I'll get it and play through it. ^__^ I have Dragon Age and LBP 3 coming up to play soon-ish, but I know after Christmas I'm going to be itching to play something.

So far I have like...SO MANY NAGGING ITCHES to play all these awesome new games coming out...and yet my laptop...is a PoS when it comes to games of that high caliber. One of these itches is that new (and actually FUCKING AMAZING) Aliens game that came out. And I mean Alien: Isolation...I guess I'll hafta wait for "santa" to...MAYBE give me a PS4 (cuz I ain't too big a fan of Microsoft...ever since they bought Minceraft from Notch...)

Yeah, I'm a PS4 gal, so no worries. We don't have an XBox one because most games are coming out for both nowadays. And I'm a LittleBigPlanet gal, too... and that's PS4 and PS3 only. I have a huge itch to play LBP3 when it comes out... I was in the beta and it was incredible... so I'll be doing a lot of that once it comes out.

Oh wow. Least I know I stay away from XBone. I've played an Xbox before...not really my cup of tea. *says that while hiding my XBox 360 controller under my desk (I use that for playing games that work better with a controller)*

I remembered how I always played Guitar Hero on my PS2. Such a fun game. Too bad Activision realized our wallets aren't stuffed like a safe in a Swiss Bank.
