It looks like Frank from the Hazardous Waste Disposal team has been getting his hands dirty with under-the-table sludge deals with shady people.I used my drawing pencils for this one. Started with the mechanical pencil for the outlines, and then all the thick lines and shading with a 3B and the black filling with 6B.

I honestly don't know what color that sludge is. It could be purple, yellow, hot pink, beige, a mix of everything... I just don't want to open the barrel to find out. You could try it if you feel like melting your face off.
