I wouldn't say it's my favorite pairing, and it's definitely not something I actively support, but it IS cannon, and I do like it if it's written/drawn well.

Hm... I prefer pairings that allow a more introspective look into the characters' psyche and also make for interesting backstories. I appreciate SasuHina, because they have a lot in common, but I think my favorite is NejiHina (even though I don't like Neji) because of how their relationship evolves throughout the series. Well, to be honest, my OTP is actually InoHina...
