I spent a long time trying to pick flowers that would work well compositionally and have a relevant meaning at the same time, so the fuchsia is basically me throwing my hands in the air and saying, "Whatever, close enough." And I like drawing lilies, and I'm not too bad at drawing lilies, so resurrection lilies because lilies. Yeah.I didn't realize until I was about halfway through but I guess this makes Jolyne the first Jojo I've drawn! I'm glad.
