This honestly started out as a vent art since well..... Those type of days.:I (mainly my brother's breakdowns )

And I felt like drawing something to relieve my stress, so I thought about a new drawing for the da Elemental Sisters sotry that I'm working on with and our other dA sisters. There's a thing I wanted to add to Moonlight Dusk, well when she has her own time to pass or isn't doing anything... She has a little shrine and before she goes to be, she stops by there every night for her holy rituals and to release her inner spirits whenever she has problems. This also helps her sense things since she does share a connection to the supernatural. Forgive me, I got this inspiration from Rei Hino aka Sailor Mars from watching the new Sailor Moon Crystal series along with the original.(Hey I grew up with that anime and Sailor Mars was one of my favorite sailor senshis along with Jupiter and Saturn.) But yes,since she shares a connection to the supernatural... Her fire powers help her connect to them very well whenever she goes there to pray or meditate to resolve her problems. Moonlight goes through a lot do some recent events that happened in her life, but she always does her best to move forward with the help of her loving sisters.

Her shrine is mostly filled with many candles, a bunch of colorful roses, a big fire she creates from wood stools,and yes.... All those different lights come from fire flies. And no, she doesn't have wings... But I drew the wings there because that's suppose to represent her inner spirit lighting up known as a Phoenix. I decided to do a charcoal pencil sketch this time since I really want to improve on my shading, blending, and values.

I really hope I'm not shoving region at anyone's faces because this honestly doesn't have anything to do with that. This only represents this spiritual and clam personality Moonlight has and what kind of activities she does at night. And of course, how the fire helps her bring a closer connection to her inner spirit/mind along with the talking to the dead.
