Jack Sparrow and Syntari Vadar.

Syn is the original character of ~LadyFoxtails , and a very very good one at that! You can cherp about mary sues and what have you, but Syn has been worked into the plot following the movie Dead Man's Chest as a somewhat Tia Dalma type character in the sense that she was always there...you just never heard about her.

SPOILDERS FOR POTC2 BELOW HERE!!!!

The interesting thing about this character is that she was created long before the 2nd movie was released. The first part of her story takes place before the events of the 1st movie. The daughter of a governor in Saint Maarten, as a young girl she hears the stories of the famous Jack Sparrow...and when he comes into port one day, she joins his crew dressed as a young boy. She fools Jack (and his crew...save for one person) for months until Jack gets drunk and has a sudden need for physical contact. He calls his cabin boy in (lol, to those of you who read that Rolling Stones issue) and finds out that he's not a boy at all.
It's awkward after that. Very awkward. Jack certainly doesn't fall madly in love with her by any stretch of the imagination, but instead he takes to ignoring her and avoiding being smacked. When Jack catches wind of where he might be able to find the Black Pearl, he's off to find a new ship to comendere and a new crew to help him locate her...so he can get away from her.
Syn is left with the ship jack left behind and it's crew. During the events of POTC 1 and 2, Syn sails around making waves of her own in the pirating world...but when she hears rumors about Davy Jones and the death of Captain Jack Sparrow, she gets worried. One of the crew suggests they seek the help of a certain woman who lives up river, and off they go to see Tia Dalma.
They arrive and Tia Dalma seems to have something up her sleeve...when she senses that someone else must be coming, she orders them to hide upstairs where they meet none other that Captain Barbossa. Downstairs, Gibbs and company has arrived, grieving the loss of their 'brave' captain. Syn watches the scene, recognising Elizabeth from going to so many formal events with other governors daughters...and she also notice how guilty she looks...DUN DUNDUN.
Tia Dalma sends them off with Barbossa and then calls down Syn and her first mates. With help from Tia Dalma and a map that Barbossa slipped them, Syn and Co. set off to follow Barbossas ship, and find Jack's soul on the island of World's End before Will or Elizabeth does.
Once they obtained his soul, they had the task of trying to find his body...when one of the crew spots a large animal washed up on the beach, they investigate....
They find that the animal is in fact the Kraken, washed up after dying from a fatal stab on the inside of it's throat. The crew is none to keen on cutting up the beast due to it's horrible smell, so Syn performs the ritual that Tia Dalma instructed her to, to send Jacks soul back into his body. It works, his soul disappears. There's confusion for a few moments as to where it might have gone...but suddenly, a sword is thrust up through the flesh of the dead kraken! Jack cuts himself an opening and fumbles his way into the ocean...because really....he is really...really really icky.
They stay on the beach for quite a few days while Jack regains his health and strength. Still weak, they head out for Saint Maarten...confident that he should be fine before they arrive. During this time is there a romance blossoming?? COULD BE. While in port speaking with Syns parents, The Black Pearl is paid a visit by the ETC. As it turns out, Syn was betrothed to Cutler Beckett when her parents were given the land as a sort of payment...and Beckett was none to happy that Jack Sparrow was the one who had taken Syn's interests so far away from himself.
A big fight happens and other members of the ETC arrive...including the newly appointed Admiral Norrington! LE GASP. More fighting! HUHH! RA! ARR!! SLASH!! Pirates win when Jack forces Beckett to hand over the Heart...he then forces Beckett and Norrington into the hull of his ship. The rest of the men he lets go...
Off they sail! and since they have the magical heart that controls the seas, they are able to meet up with Barbossa and company rather quickly. During this meeting Jack and Barbossa have a little chat. They agree that everything that happened between them in the past was squared away now...and Jack had quite a bit of leverage. With the heart, he understood that he contoled the ocean...and if he controled the ocean, then he could become head of the infamous Pirate Council. With this in mind, he offered that he and Barbossa should share that title. He agrees and in return hands over the two people that Jack needs to have a little chat with. Will and Elizabeth. After much debate, Jack decides that he should let none other than Syntari decide their fate. Right from the start her plan is to get rid of beckett...for good...but she has an even more elaborate plan for Elizabeth and Will...
Over the course of their own adventures, Gibbs and company discovered just why their beloved captain is gone. They aren't happy at all with this...at ALL. Pintel and Rigetti lock her up in the brigg much to Wills protest. Mr. Stupid McTurnerpants whines about it so much that they threaten to lock him up as well..but by that time they'd run into jack. So it was obvious why no one was complaining when Syn decided that she was going to convince Davy Jones that Elizabeth...was his long lost lover.
How do we do this?
Easy. Get the matching locket that Tia Dalma has and give it to Elizabeth. We really have no idea how old Tia Dalma or Davy Jones are...so over the course of who knows how many years, she could have changed in her appearance. With the locket, Davy Jones wouldn't know the difference until it was too late...
And as for Will? He can enjoy an eternity on the flying dutchman with his father.
None of this has been set into motion yet (It hasn't been writen) so there is always room for someone to get in the way of her plans...but really...who wants to stop her??? NOT ME.
BUT WHAT OF SCRUFFY MCNORRINGTON, YOU ASK?
Jack wants James Norrington on his ship. As part of the crew, not a prisoner. The plan is that after the death of beckett, they will spread rumors of Norringtons involvement and his reputation will be ruined. Jack, being the generous man that he is, offers Norrington a place on his crew. And with the ETC a wreck, he has nothing to worry about.

That's all we have of the story so far. It's in script RP form at the moment, one day it may be converted to paragraph form and posted as a fic! Maybe. ;D
