let's be honest, he was one. I still kinda remember the issue where they 1st met. Batgirl and Oracle was on a cruise and Conner was there too(I don't remember why) Cassandra later confided in Barbara that she felt dirty after meeting him, because of the way he was looking at her. But he matured and DC made him more likeable.
