Christians don’t need to rely on mankind for answers in the Bible. It’s far often too easy to forget about God’s wisdom and Jesus own words when He said: Matthew 7:7-12King Solomon asked for a wise and discerning heart from God and God was pleased that he had asked for just that. How amazing! 1 Kings 3:5-12
Far too often I see many Christians going by their own intellect rather than asking God to help us see what His Word is telling and showing us. Even I have said “I’ll figure it out” only to find I can’t without Christ’s Holy Spirit to teach and guide me. I’ve learned that I need to ask Him and continue on in faith that He will answer. He does every time- even when He’s silent on some things but then brings it into remembrance for the right season.
Don’t rush growth, God causes growth in due season. We have to learn constant patience with ourselves and with others.
