Excellent boots, Simone! Question: Why was extrusion necessary to create a left boot? You could just create a duplicate and mirror it with the "Flip" command. Although, thanks for this reception. I did not know before how to merge two objects into one.
By the way, I also created boots in Wings 3D. True, I probably went more difficult way. I applied just one "subdivision" operation. A mirror copy (instance) I made in Bryce.

Super instructions Simone, just a query out of interest the small strap at the back top of the boot is that an extrusion or a separate modeled item?

The strap is an extrusion as well the rivets.

For the mirror process you can replace that byDuplicate along axis "?" and then use Flip choosing the same axis.
