For almost all off the photos I crop them, maybe edit it a little bit if there was a smudge on the camera or something, resize the image, and then play with the color curves on gimp. So no, the photo doesn't look exactly like what it was when it was taken, mostly because of the color adjustments. p;

Yeah it's sort of like it's been 'filtered' to a certain mood. I almost feel guilty playing with a picture like that but it's done to like....almost all photography.
