Yest this is it....Its a new weapon for RMC (Knight of Shadows, Knight of Darkness and shadows or something ...I'm not sure which form is correct... in polish it is Rycerz Mroku Cienia

To be honest I don't have this weapon because I'm wizard but in Plain Of Harmony ( Tekerbut - Gor ) there must be NPC who create special items. In Gor You can make every pvp armor and pvp weapon ( every.. I mean from Derion, Valorian and Gor). But you must have respective components to make this special weapon (or armor). It doesn't appear by itself.
