The hair, arm warmers, and leg fuzzies are brighter than the outfit, and sort of distract from the face. The background.. Well there isn't one, I think it would help if it wasn't all white. It's the brightest/most noticeable thing, and I don't think that's what you wanted.
If you wanted to direct the attention more to the face, then the make-up could have been more colorful. (Maybe not bright, but some pastel rainbows could have looked good.)
The main outfit just clashes with the rest of it, both in style and coloring. (It looks sort of Gothic, and the rest looks like a Raver/Kandi Kid.)
Perhaps studying into styles a bit more before you go through with these?
BAH, now with positives, I'm depressing myself.
I like the more colorful parts, and the expression. Even if it clashes, it looks pretty cool. (Not really professional or anything.. Oh well.) The hair is also good: The blonde doesn't distract attention from the rave-hair.
Summary: It looks cool, but clashes in style. Kandi Kids don't wear lace (that I've seen) and most Gothic styles don't allow bright colors. (Except some Lolita styles, but this isn't really Lolita.)

Wow I disagree with a lot that you've said. I put A LOT of effort into my wardrobe hair & makeup for my shoots. I was not trying to convey a label as you want to put one on it. It is my style. I am not wearing kandi. And there is nothing gotic about it. Btw this is one of the most popular images in my gallery.
It is very common for photographers to use a blank colored backdrop for shoots and it is an insult to the photographer for you to deem this unprofessional looking.
I am not particulary angered by this critique but I am voting it unfair. I do not hold it against you or judge you for your opponion. I apreciate your time and honesty however I found this critique to be more bashing and less constructive.

Well it actually looks more like Kandi Kid than anything else, I thought that was what you were aiming for. Corsets are usually considered gothic regardless of color. I don't know you that well. Sorry.
If you look up Kandi Kid, you'll see that it actually looks a lot like that. Bright colors, rave hair, plastic jewelery (the hairpiece), and are generally happy. I honestly thought that's what you were going for, since it looks almost exactly like that style.
Popularity doesn't mean much..
I didn't say the picture was unprofessional, I said the style looked unprofessional. It wasn't insulting the photographer, it was saying the outfit just looked off.
My main point was: It looks good, but it doesn't go well together.
Why did you ask for critique if you didn't want people saying negative things? That's about half of what critiques are.

This is one of my favorites from your gallery.
I love the way that the center of the oufit is white, but the edges are full of color.
I especially love the deeply colored curls in your falls.
Your light colored hair goes well with the white top.
What I'd change about this, would be there is just too much white in the background. I also think that deeply colored gloves, and a little bit darker colors on the leg poofs would really look btter in this.
I'll give you a good rating for vision, and even though it is not completely unique, I will give it a good rating for originality, because I haven't seen many white tops in this genre. I'm not sure how to rate technique for this tupe of deviation, but I'll give you a 5 stars for impact, because the impact is strong for me.
