INTENSE SHADING!! At least for me it is....
Why Weepinbell? I was looking at the list tracker and there were few/none under this... Also when I was little it was one of the few Pokemon I could actually *draw* so... OH THE MEMORIES. <33
I have a tendency to draw legs to thick. In this one, I think I was aware of it so now they're TOO SMALL. D<
Her pose is retarded too. I started out drawing the top half a certain post but then her waist down it's another.. >_< Dammit.

The surprised expression matches the original pokemon so well. I don't know about the position of the legs - looks like she's about to lose balance.

I love how you put the mouth as the bottom of the dress but still gave the she-Weepinbell a Weepinbell-like expression. She's quite attractive, and the clothes remind me of the Kokiri (from Ocarina of Time, if you're familiar with it.
