Thankyou! Yeah, FMA has brightly colored art, but I thought darker art would suit it too since it has a pretty dark story. Glad you like it!

Hey, checked out your gallery since you asked me what I thought about your stuff. I like this, and I'm picky about anime style art... The colouring is great I'm guessing you only use pencils, since it looks like you used mostly traditional materials. I like the composition of the background, you really used the entire page, which is good because a lot of artists don't realize that a well placed background can often just add to the overall feel of a character.Β
I'm also impressed with your attention to shading and blending. It's really good, I also like Zero that one's probably my favourite even though I'm not familiar with the character. You should start branching out with materials, try waterpaints or using Copic markers, they're expensive but AMAZING to work with, especially for illustrations like yours.Β

I'm also really happy that you wrote about what you think I did well, rather than just listing my flaws, as some people on this site do. I currently only use pencils, but I will definitely try working with other materials as well.
