I haven't made her bracelet, bt it would be from a moon heirloom that Kousagi had from her mother to give to Danica since Selena has the purity ring that Harue gave her from his home world.

Like the Pearl bracelet Princess Serenity wears in the 90s Anime as Princess but never as Queen. I think it might be an insignia of the Crown Princess, something every Moon Queen gives to her daughter.
