Description
Chibusa/Sailor Itoe Moon's twin sister, Kouha/Prusagi's forms. She was kidnapped by Onix and Pearl, Wiseman's loyal servants after they heard him order them to kidnap one of the rabbit children. However, the orders weren't completed in time as Wiseman later learned that the girls kidnapped the wrong rabbit twin, Prusagi, instead of Chibiusa. Regardless, she was renamed Kouha and raised with the Kurotsuki family(Known as the Death Phantom Organization) in the hopes they can use her against the White Moon Clan when he powers developed. Her will was stronger than what they anticipated and severely punished her. There were a few neighbors of the Kurotsuki Family who were either afraid of them or were more than willing to help them with their cause as they also believe the longevity of Eternal Life Neo Queen Serenity brought upon Earth was wrong(likely the latter).

Civilian: After escaping from the Kurotsuki family, Kouha attends Juuban Middle School, but her scars make other laugh or spread rumors about her being part of a gang. The only friends she made were Migoto/Sailor Euphony, Oushi/Sailor Rosel, Hayai/Sailor Aeolian and Kyou/Sailor Kama. Kouha later learned that she was part of the Moon family and her real name was Prusagi Tsukino, but she couldn't forgive her family believing they abandoned her without a qualm. Usagi was offended and wanted to defend her family's honor by fighting her. However, Helios stops this and wisely tells her that Kouha needs time for herself.

Sailor Blue Rose Moon: Her sailor form when Kyou became Kama and used her powers to free her. This form is Earth based with a blue moon and rose mark on her forehead. She is holding the Rose Thorn Whip, rather than a crescent moon wand.

Princess Tenacity: Kouha's princess form. I gave her longer sleeves as she may want to cover the horrible scars that The Kurotsuki Family inflicted on her.
