You need to use SSLauncher, it will remove the google search bar. And to hide the statusbar, just check the "Full Screen" option in the SSLauncher settings.

Ive downloaded the SSLauncher, MPLW, UCCW and Minimalistic Text.i recognized that the minimalistic text is use for the icon on the side,but i have no idea with the other 3 app.

You don't have to go back to stock; you can just buy it over PayPal too you know
No there's no guide for this as it's quite simple to set up. I only make tuts for the complex screens I have cause I don't have the time to make a set-up for each screen.
Okay so,
SSLauncher is the main launcher, the reason being used is because it doesn't have grids so you can place icons and widgets anywhere on the screen and even overlap them
UCCW and Minimalistic text is used for time, missed calls, unread message and temperature. But you can actually just use UCCW for all them, you don't need to use Minimalistic Text.
So to get the icons at the side, you can use an 'image member' in the uccw menu. or just use desktop visualizer. Note : The Holo icons have been resized using photoshop so they'd fit.

i cant edit the UCCW on my desktop,ive create a UCCW widget on the desktop and i press it,the only thing i can do is delete.
