FIRST OF ALL,This oc isn't a waterdog so please don't say they are.
I wanted to make a canine with water in it and its not a crime to do so, its a simple idea/concept.
So if my concept of a dog with water in it is different from a waterdog then its not a water dog. So please don't tell me that i should kms or that im stealing because this 'species' isn't a species its just a character and your wasting your time. I spent to much time on this character/drawing.

More info on Diamond Dust Nectar Dogs:
Their 'fur' is actually diamond dust formed into a solid form and if they're not careful enough they could actually blow away.
The 'water' is actually sweet nectar that can distort itself into a comfortable shape.
They are born when a soul enter a cave (with gems and water) and possess a rock and then shape themselves into the dog form they want with the water near by.
The water is turned into nectar when a pup is fully grown.
Can be any color they wish.
Can be any breed of dog they wish. (including other canines such as hyenas, wolves, foxes)
Their rock/gem must be attached to the dust part of their bodies.

I agree that sometimes species shouldn't be able to claim such basic things- or mush together animal hybrids and claim no one else can have a similar idea- but you literally call it a Water Dog in the description? Maybe call it something that won't get you in trouble with the group? Cause they can be a tad vicious about these things sometimes. Maybe a Aqua Dog? Or Aqua Canine? Or Water Canis even would be a little better? Or since you say it's not actually water, maybe a Nectar Dog even? I just don't want you getting blown up by waterdog owners saying your 'stealing' they ideas or whatever. Another route you could go is calling them Nectar Canines since they can be any type of canid? (foxes, hyenas, wolves,.)
But anyway, this is super adorable!
