Description
So it's been about a year (I believe) since I've last submitted anything or simply been around in the dA community. But I'm back, though maybe temporarily, with a tribute work. A friend of mine sent me links to four images, each one a Feudal era rendition of a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle. Each were created by and I was pretty much instantly inspired to try my hand and a Sumi-e/Japanese watercolor style image based on these illustrations.

I guess you might call this a kind of Photoshop collage, as just about everything I used was not initially created by me, but each piece took a bit of time to tweak and play with to get it to look exactly how I wanted it. I'm especially fond of the asian character version of the TMNT logo on the right side ^_^

So thanks again to for giving me permission to use probably my favorite fan depiction of the Turtles. Also, check out the original images:
