Based on The Joker from TDK...well duh lol...jeez he does have a hold on me, sadly i ran out of my kick ass face paints and my special fx to make the scars so i went into a cheap ass and done it by Gimp lmaooooo!

You can download a 30 day trial from adobe website, [link] it sucks its only 30 days but it gives you chance to get used to it and see if the program is good for you
i tried many other programs while trying out the trial i used ones like coral which is kinda similar just a few different things here and there
One i use mostly and what i used to put the Joker style on this picture was Gimp 2.6 i looooove this program its fully free and not far from photoshop If you need any more help just ask
