well I've been saving this picture for some time and never made a poster for it 
Well all BVB fans would know that Andy LOVES Batman and I've always wondered what would happen if Andy ever met Batman and how would Andy react to it.
This was my attempt at it.

Frankly, I don't see any art theft.. There is a link to where they got the photo, which clearly shows a watermark, therefore giving credit. Honestly I think it's pretty sad that you spend your day running around reporting Demotivational/Motivational Posters. Why don't you focus on your artwork, and let the dA staff handle everything else...

That's cute, how do you think the dA staff becomes aware of policy violations? The answer is through these reports you seem to dislike. Giving credit does not give anyone permission to use which is an actual dA policy. I don't care if you believe me or not because I can promise reports have been filed.

Well lots of people do this, I don't see the big deal with it. Its IS ORIGINAL ART because she clearly made the poster and saying which was all ORIGINAL. I don't see how this is stealing art, stealing art is claiming a picture, that some one made entirely is yours. This person made the black around the picture and the caption under it, it's called photoshop making the picture ORIGINAL. Man I don't see why people can't understand that. No, I'm acting like a policy enforcer, not a cop. If I was acting like a cop, I would have said "Take this picture down or I'll ban you" to the deviant, but I know very well I can't ban people.
Actually, even though they never claimed the photo as theirs, they unknowingly do, since there is a "Β©2012 ~XoxoDeathToYourHeart" located by the category below the link to the deviant who uploaded the deviation.
I know about photoshop, I use GIMP, which is similar but free. But it doesn't technically make it original since they didn't take the picture.
Again, the staff rely on their members to report deviations/deviants, they cannot do anything unless they see a report filed.

Screw asking, I normally report without warning and move on. With this deviant giving a warning she is letting them know that they are in violation of the policies, which is better for them then finding out the hard way but to each has their own methods I suppose.

I'm not promoting art theft. I've had my art stolen. It's not pleasant. But considering half the dA community probably posts pictures they didn't take or are right from google, you can't really get made at one person. Most demotes are copyright violations unless you own the original photo and are made in poor taste but you see my friend here is nice enough to let the violator know where as I personally prefer to report without warning normally.
