Full Metal Alchemist is and will always be my favorite anime, and I don't usually like anime.

So recently I've been re-watching it (the fansubs for when it wasn't bought over by some US company) -- because I saw the Dubbed English version for a minute and I was about to kill myself. While others don't mind, I really do hate it when a certain movie or anything is dubbed over. Thank goodness I DON'T have cable otherwise I would have stumbled on it's showtime many times.

ANYWAYS, for tech. stuff, I don't draw anime, but I'm good on the eyes so it was fairly easy drawing this while looking at a paused frame of the fansub I downloaded years ago. I don't know which episode to be exact, but I the bottom part I changed myself. The outline was drawn on Flash MX 2004 (the full & my personal version is 1500x1800px so it's HUGE) and it was colored in Paint Shop Pro 9 to
1.) Prove that you can color is as good in PSP compared to PS and
2.) I like using PSP than PS.
The Background was done in Photoshop 7.0 just for the leaf brush.

--I think I messed up on the eyes, or at least the right one, where is the shiny gloss suppose to be for him to look at you? (like the left eye).
