1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?
Yep!! The prompt had lots of ideas for things to try with room to play around with the design. There are other things I would have liked to included (like a mask!) but I wasn't sure how to fit them without cluttering the design.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?
I went ahead and combined a rat, opossum and a crow for this one!! WITH EXTRA ARMS AND EYES since you mentioned something mutated! The wing pattern was inspired from a hoopoe, and the rest of the colors felt nice and halloweeny The design has glowing orange eyes and insides also!! It was supposed to be creepy but it ended up being kind of cute... ? ? ? ?? in my opinion anyway hehehe
Of course feel free to change anything you like! I had a lot of fun designing a critter for this one :>
