I was on my way home after trying to capture a subject at night ( which didn't turn out very well)
when this wooly hat caught my attention. While waiting for the picture to "develop", standing in
the rainy night, I began to wonder what the story behind this unusual place for a hat might be.

The color suggests that the owner is female, probably a child. So was it possible that she was
playing with friends and lost it while running? Or was it something more dramatic? Maybe a fight?
Moments, maybe hours later a pedestrian walking by noticed it and placed it on the top of that
pole so the owner would find it faster when searching for it ... what do you think?
