Well...first things first...This goes out to Miranda ( ), it was her birthday on March 28th...I'm a bit late...>_< but Happy Birthday!!!!!!
I hope you enjoy this....Note..this is my first time drawing Hiei....ever....and I must say..it took me forever to get his hair down....(or should I say up...

heh..well, when I came up for the idea for this picture, I thought of Miranda's fanfiction with Cahadras and Hiei...how they were always arguing....I can't say specifically why they are upset, but I know that basically they could not stand each other for the most part.
