Both guys seem to be one of the funniest/rediculous characters in their shows, but they back it up with their awesome powers.

Bo-Bo-Bo's Fist of the Nosehair technique seems to make him do many questionable attacks/defenses that seem to defy all logic.

Whereas Killer Bee holds the sheer destructive power of the Eight-tales Ox, one of the most powerful creatures in the Ninja World.
