Description
This is my Meta 2.0 OC. He's an Artificial Intelligence Program based entirely from Meta's/Maine's mind.

He was created shortly after Meta's presumed "death". Once Recovery agents found him, they took some his brain tissue to create a smart A.I. (Meta 2.0).

Once the program was created, they inserted him into a robotic body (picture above) and equipped him with all the armor abilities from the RVB series, as well as some of the armor abilities from Halo Reach. He uses a TacPad on his arm to select which armor ability he wants to use, but he's also capable of using them without the TacPad. Due to him being in a robotic body his power cells last longer than Maine/Meta's did. Enabling him to use his armor abilities more efficiently; to the point where he can last up to 10 months without recharging.

-Hacking Ability

-Advanced Motion Tracker
-Time Distortion Unit (Ability to manipulate time itself)
-Weapons Scanning (Ability to use any weapon he holds onto)
-Healing Unit

He's specifically designed and programmed to defeat any kind of enemy by any means necissary, and survive any kind of situation possible. (Pretty much the exact opposite of what Tex's programming was).

Due to him being a robotic warrior, he is both physically and mentally superior to Maine/Meta in almost every way. Meta 2.0's tougher, stronger, smarter, faster, and more versatile.
