This was a screenshot taken from Dragon Ball Z Abridged Episode 30 Part 1.Goku saw that Frieza was about to kill Gohan and Piccolo and is trying to stop him.
This is how it went:
*sees Gohan fly away with Piccolo* Oh ho, real cute... but at the very least, I DO love a moving target. *points finger at Gohan*
*suddenly appears in front of Frieza, grabs his hand, and starts to squeeze it*
*Tries to pull away*What are you- Let go of me!
I'm going to break you!
What!?
*Breaks Frieza's hand*
AAAHHHH!
Like a Kit-Kat Bar!

*punches Frieza in the face*
